About
The Rotary Spring Fair is a community service project where we provide:

an event to attract all the family (age groups/gender/ethnicity etc. etc.) to a full day out (not just an hour or so) at a price considered to be excellent value for money.

an opportunity for local clubs, societies to raise funds for their own causes.

an opportunity to enable local businesses (cottage/small to large) to showcase their products and services and raise their corporate "presence/image" in the town
We had around 4,000 visitors at last year's event. In past years we had up to 10,000 visitors and the event aims to raise in excess of £10,000 for a range of supporting charities.

From advertising in the Souvenir Spring Fair Programme, on the flier to Sponsoring the event or individual attractions.

Event Sponsor (1)
Recognition for free children’s tickets in promotion material, social media and press releases
Name and logo on the website, social media and all advertising material and programme. 1 prime location commercial stall, opportunity to speak in the opening ceremony, 4 Arena Banners, 2 feather flags at the main gate, editorial / adverts on page 2 and back page of the programme.

Children's Ticket Sponsor (up to 4)
500 tickets to be made available during discount sale period only - one ticket per adult. Recognition for free children’s tickets in promotion, website, social media and on-line ticket sales.

50 Children's ticket vouchers to give to customers for presentation at the gates on the day. Sponsors can brand "Proud Supporter" of the Rugby Spring Fair.
