We suggest that visitors consider bringing a folding chair and an umbrella.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at the event.
Visitors must not bring alcohol into the event. A bar is available for the purchase of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.
Well behaved dogs are allowed into the event. No dangerous dogs please. Owners are expected to clear up after their dogs in the usual way.

For security reasons, bags will be subject to search at the discretion of the organisers

EARLY BIRD TICKETS
Super Early Bird Tickets (30% discount) are available for purchase on-line until 31st March.
Early Bird Tickets (20% discount) are available for purchase during April.
Discounts are applied at check-out.
Tickets purchased in May (on-line or on the gate) will be at full price.

CAR PARKING
Visitors should be aware that there is limited car parking available in the vicinity of Whitehall Recreation Ground. Visitors are therefore encouraged to walk, cycle, use the bus, or take advantage of the Free Car Parking, which we have arranged from 9am to 6pm on the day of the event at John Barford Car Pork in Rugby Town Centre. John Barford Car Park is off James Street and/or Railway Terrace, CV21 2SL.

BICYCLES & SCOOTERS ETC
The riding of bicycles, scooters (except mobility scooters), skate boards and go-karts (pedal or motorised) will not be allowed on site during the event. Visitors will be asked to dismount at gates and to either walk & carry their equipment or leave it (ideally locked) just inside one of the 3 pedestrian gates for collection on exit.​​​​​​​​​
